Marguerite Wells Hampshire drives a steel-wheeled tractor on the Hampshire farm during World War II during a period of time when rubber for their tires was scarce. German prisoners stayed at the B.F. Shriver Canning Company and worked on Hampshire farm, where they were reportedly treated well by the family.
